KDP Annual Holiday Celebration 2007

Xi Gamma closed the Fall Semester and celebrated the Holidays this past month at the Kappa Delta Pi Annual Holiday Celebration. Both KDP alumni and new members were able to get to know each other over a hot holiday meal, pastries and coffee.

KDP members also showed their support to SHU alumni serving in Iraq by creating cards to be sent over in collaboration with the Alumni Relations Office.

Power Brain Education Program

On October 30th, 2007, our Xi Gamma chapter kicked off the semester to a wonderful start with a Power Brain Education Seminar.
Education Instructors Heidi Cohen and Dave Beal were the presenters for the evening.
Heidi Cohen enjoys teaching BE clases and assisting with training teachers in the BE Program. Dave Beal is the New York Coordinator for Power Brain Education and the Brain Education for Enahnced Learning Program. He trains teachers nation-wide in Brain Education helping teachers and their students realize their potential to be healthy, happy, peaceful and productive both in school and at home.
The evening's activities proved to be very enlightening, innovative and adaptable to the classroom setting.
